Regarding: Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) – status of manufacturing operations

Dear Valued Customer,

ResinLab has been closely monitoring the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak in relation to its effects on Company operations. ResinLab is located in Germantown, Wisconsin where all of its manufacturing processes take place. Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers issued Emergency Order #12 on March 24, 2020 which allows businesses to operate if they are “Essential Businesses and Operations” or to “Perform Basic Operations”. ResinLab has continued to operate under the state order as it qualifies as an Essential Business and Operation under several sections of the order.

Actions taken to mitigate the effect of COVID-19 on its employees and operations have been all been very successful. All shifts have been operating at normal capacity since the beginning of the outbreak. Actions ResinLab has taken include:

  • All employees who can effectively work remotely are currently working from home
  • CDC guidelines for cleaning and disinfection are being followed
  • Best practices for conducting social distancing have been implemented
  • CDC guidelines are followed for any sick employees returning to work
  • Employee travel, business meetings, and manufacturing site visitors have been curtailed
  • Constant contacts with the supply chain have been made to ensure timely delivery of raw materials; to date, all suppliers continue to meet delivery dates and remain operating.

We are confident that we are taking all the appropriate precautions to protect our employees and the supply chain in order to continue to supply our customers the high-quality product they need for their operations. Please feel free to contact us at any time for updates.

Sincerely,

Kevin Peura
General Manager
